Shipping, Delivery & Returns

Shipping & Processing
O2 High Pipes ships orders only to locations where the products may lawfully be sold and delivered. Orders are generally processed within [LEONARD: INSERT NORMAL PROCESSING TIME].

Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by carrier operations, weather, holidays, product availability, preorders, backorders, or other circumstances outside our control.

Shipping charges are calculated according to the shipping method offered during checkout.

Age Verification at Delivery
Certain shipments may require adult-signature service and proof of age. When required, an adult age 21 or older must be present to receive the shipment and may be required to present valid government-issued photo identification to the shipping carrier.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address and for ensuring that an eligible recipient is available when age verification or an adult signature is required.

O2 High Pipes reserves the right not to ship an order when shipment would violate applicable law, carrier requirements, payment-processing requirements, or other restrictions.

Preorders & Backorders
Products identified as preorder, prototype, upcoming, or backordered items may not be immediately available for shipment. Any estimated availability or delivery date is an estimate and may change.

Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
Due to the nature of the products sold by O2 High Pipes, all sales are final unless otherwise required by applicable law.
